Names That Live On
Every name spoken, every life remembered.
MISSION
The Names That Live On program is a remembrance initiative of The Brenda & Wesley Charity for Hope and Education, Inc. Its purpose is to extend compassion to families touched by pancreatic cancer and to honor the lives of those we have lost. We believe that every name spoken carries forward a legacy of love.
This outreach program does not exist to ask for anything, but to remind grieving families that they are not alone and that their loved one’s memory matters. By speaking each name with care, we keep alive the hope, love, and strength they gave to the world.
HOW WE HONOR
The Names That Live On program honors the pancreatic cancer community in two ways:
-
💜 November Spotlight: Each November — during Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month — we feature stories from survivors, caregivers, and families whose lives have been touched by pancreatic cancer. These heartfelt tributes are shared on our social media pages throughout the month, celebrating courage, love, and resilience.
💜 Make sure you’re following us — you won’t want to miss these inspiring stories of hope and strength.
-
🕯️ Spring Luncheon Tribute: Each May, during our Annual Spring Luncheon, we lovingly honor the lives of those who have passed since the previous year, keeping their memory alive through a special in-person tribute.
